The highlight of this year's vacation was swimming out to the platform and slide with the kids. Jadon and Leah preferred swimming in the lake to the swimming pool.

Just like last year, we ended the vacation with dinner at the Black Bear. Their outdoor seating area is really nice, and the kids can run around and play while the adults sit and talk. We went with Pete, Kris, Ava, Greta, and their friend Jenny.
Jadon holds Pete's fish that he caught the last day. We didn't fish the whole time we were there, which is a sin Up North, so this is as close as we got to any fish. Overall, it was a good week of family bonding and memorable activities. We enjoyed the great outdoors, each other's company, and making new friends. We'll be back next year!
