On Saturday, Jeff's aunts and I threw a baby shower for Charity. We went with a Spring Tea theme. We had a really good turnout of family members and friends. We had yummy food, played some games, watched Charity open her gifts, and just had a nice time visiting. We are so excited for Jeff and Charity. They are going to be wonderful parents!

Easter Sunday

On Sunday, the kids found their Easter baskets and had a pancake breakfast. We walked to church for a beautiful Easter Mass. Then we ate lunch and headed back to Sterling.

On Saturday, we headed to Gurnee to celebrate Easter with the Pins family. We had the kids decorate the bunny cupcakes and dye Easter eggs. Later, we enjoyed a nice ham dinner. That evening the adults had lots of laughs playing the "Things" game.

Jones Egg Hunt

On Palm Sunday, Larry and Cindy hosted a cookout. After the meal, the kids did an egg hunt in the back yard and then went "swimming" in the hot tub. Leah was excited to wear a swimming suit that showed her belly button, her first bikini! Later the kids played catch, baseball, and ran around in the backyard in their swimming suits- pretty amazing for April 1st!

Fun Jump with the Cousins

Dale, Nancy, Avery, and Chandler came back this past weekend for another visit. They came out to Sterling on Saturday, along with Brant's family and Deb. After brunch and some playtime at our house, we headed over to Fun Jump. The 5 bigger kids play so well together now and they had a blast running around and jumping for 3 hours. That evening we headed over to Deb's for chicken fajitas. What a fun family day!

St. Patrick's Day

Kylie and Dylan came to stay with us over St. Patrick's Day weekend. The kids really enjoyed their time together. On Saturday we took them to Kelly's for corned beef and cabbage. Jadon also attended Brecken's 6th Birthday party.
